When booking your dog's In-Home Boarding reservation, you must provide owner, Erica McChesney with the following information:

• Physical copy of your dog's vaccination record. This should be updated yearly as your dog's vaccinations are updated at the veterinary office.

Email the vaccine records to erica@farleypetcare.com 
Erica will add the vaccination dates into your client profile on our software.

• All dogs must be current on the following vaccinations: Rabies, DHPP & Bordetella vaccinations and have proof of a negative fecal test within the year.

• All dogs must be on monthly flea & tick*  prevention and it should be given at least 3 days prior to their stay with us. Give the name of the product you're using to Erica so it can be documented in your pet's profiles.

**Don't assume that what they are currently taking has tick prevention included in it.**
