What time will my cat sitter arrive?
When requesting services, you may choose from the following arrival windows:

Early Morning: 6:00–7:59 a.m. — additional $15 per visit*

Morning: 8:00–10:59 a.m.

Midday: 11:00 a.m.–1:29 p.m.

Afternoon: 1:30–4:29 p.m.

Evening: 4:30–6:59 p.m.

Late Evening: 7:00–9:00 p.m. — additional $15 per visit*

Flexible: Anytime during regular service hours of 8:00 a.m.–6:59 p.m.
Your sitter may arrive at any time within the selected window. Arrival windows allow us to care for every pet thoroughly while accounting for travel, traffic, emergencies, and the changing needs of the pets on our schedule.
If you need a one-hour arrival window, please include the request in the notes section when submitting your reservation. Approved one-hour windows are subject to availability and include a $15 fee per visit.
Medical Care Visits* include a one-hour arrival window at no additional scheduling-window charge. Medication timing requirements must be reviewed and approved before the reservation is confirmed. When an approved medication schedule requires a Medical Care Visit during the Early Morning or Late Evening window, the $15 after-hours fee does not apply. The fee may apply when after-hours timing is requested for convenience rather than an approved medical need.
